Subscriptions

Subscriptions are based on an Annual membership to the service and there will be no refunds made should you decide to unsubscribe from StreetScan during your subscribed term.

As a subscriber to StreetScan your information is secure and never sold to third parties for any reason.

If at any time during the membership period you decide that you do not want to subscribe to StreetScan you may cancel your membership by selecting “Manage Account” from the menu and clicking the “Unsubscribe” link. Once the annual membership payment has been processed, there will be no refunds to your account. At the end of your annual subscription you may opt out of renewal if you wish to cancel your service at that time.

SMS Opt-In

As a Paid Subscriber, you are eligible to receive notifications via SMS text messaging. You opt-in to the StreetScan service by selecting SMS Messaging as an Alert Method. StreetScan sends SMS messages in the form of text alerts to the mobile phone number provided.

The StreetScan system is a public awareness communication tool that provides users with an alert or notification of an incident occurring within a registered address. The alert provides information about the incident being reported. Once the alert is sent, no further contact is made through the StreetScan system.

Opt-Out: To opt-out anytime, you can change the alert methods in the "Manage Alerts" menu section from the dashboard.

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers: Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.
